Elizabeth Jane Hurley, an English model and actress, who gained notoriety during the 1990s as the girlfriend of Hugh Grant and the former English model. As Grant's film Four Weddings and a Funeral became the subject of global interest in the media, Hurley accompanied Grant to the film's Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace dress and gold safety-pins. This instantly gained her media recognition. Hurley's association in the company of Estee Lauder is her most lasting professional memory. Her first modeling gig was at Estee Lauder when she was just 29 years old. She has been a model since 1995 for the company's products, particularly perfumes such as Sensuous Intuition or Pleasures. The most famous of her roles is her character, Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley has been modeling and designing a beachwear collection named after her. Some critics claimed that the song encouraged sexual relationships between gay and straight men, however others believed that the scene which was depicted on the album attracted more male fantasies. I Kissed a Girl was an instant hit on Perry's The One of the Boys in 2008, thanks to the combination of excitement and melody. Hot N Cold is a popular second track. Perry also wrote a lot of the lyrics for the album.
